The honest FAQ.

That's exactly what Service 03 is for. We run a structured diagnostic, map your processes, and tell you where AI creates real value. Sometimes the honest answer is "fix the workflow first" or "automate this without AI." We'll say that if it's true.
Most AI projects fail because someone picked a tool before defining the problem. Or scoped something huge before testing the basics. We start with a diagnostic phase specifically to avoid that. If we don't see a clear path to results, we'll tell you before you spend anything.
Two ways, depending on what makes sense: fixed-scope projects priced against a clear deliverable, or dedicated teams priced monthly. We quote after we understand the problem, not before. Guessing at prices helps nobody.
You do. Full IP transfer on delivery. Your code lives in your repos the entire time, never ours. Models, prompts, agents, architecture docs, all yours.
No. We pick tools based on your problem, not the other way around. Your stack, your constraints, your preferences. We're here for judgment on what fits, not to push a specific toolkit.
Remote by default. We work across timezones and match your hours for standups and check-ins. Most projects are fully remote. We travel for kickoffs when it makes a difference.
